4 Tortillas
6 small potatoes
1 onion1 piece of garlic
1 Teaspoon Paprika powder
1/2 Teaspoon Chili Powder
2 Teaspoons of olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Cook the potatoes. While the potatoes are cooking, cut the onion and mix all of the ingredients with the olive oil together. When the potatoes are ready, crush them and mix them with the onion and the rest. Then put the mash onto one tortilla, place the second one on top of that and do the same thing for the second quesadilla. Heat a little oil in the pan, then put the quesadilla in it and let it fry for about two minutes, then turn and let the other side fry for another minute or two and tadaaaaa: Your quesadilla is ready. Enjoy!
